- We offer a 5% discount for early bookings before 8 months of the boarding

Charter-Packet

- Charter-Packet
- A small but mandatory service fee for the Charter-Packet is payable at the base. It includes the following:
- • Linen & towels.
- • Gas bottles
- • Dinghy
- • Marina fee for the first and last day 50 €
- • Final cleaning 150 €

- • Skipper: 170 € / Day (Requires an own cabin and food).
- • outboard machine for the dinghy 70 €
- • Early access to the yacht at 2 pm: 100 €.
- A transfer from the airport to the harbour and back by taxi or minibus is possible upon request.
- Also special requests like an one way charters from or to Kos will cost additional 600 € / charter.
Charter information
Charter Conditions
- Here is an outline of our charter conditions:
- • All prices quoted are valid in Euro for one week
- • The boat is delivered regularly Saturday at 17.00. It has to be returned the following Saturday at 9.00. The yacht must be back in the bay the evening before at 19.00.
- • The water tank will be filled by our crew for free.
- • Costs for fuel and berths are at the client’s expenses. The fuel tanks must be full upon return.
- • 1 valid sailing license is needed.
- • A list of participants a copy of the license and the arrival time must be submitted at least one week before delivering the yacht.
Terms of payment and deposit
- • Within ten days from the date of booking confirmation advance payment of 50% by bank transfer.
- • Remaining 50% payment must be paid by bank transfer one month before arrival.
- • Security deposit of 2000 Euro is required and payable at the base prior to embarkation by cash.
Insurance
- • This VDC Charter Seal proves that your payments are insured. Details about the insurance cover are listed below the seal.
- • The chartered yacht and its equipment are insured against fire, sea damages or risks of collision, third party liability and total loss.
- • Excluded are damages caused by gross negligence or wilful acting.
- • Basically the charterer is only liable with the amount of his deposit of 2.000 €.
- • Every skipper knows that a crew’s harmony is severely disturbed if the skipper or a crew member causes a damage, but all have to share paying for it. You can avoid this risk taking out a bonding insurance. So the paid deposit is insured. But here too those damages are excluded, that are caused by gross negligence or wilful acting. Furthermore damages like loosing equipment, things going overboard or simple theft.

- • We are of the opinion that a Deposit insurance for chartered yachts and/or an Extended Skipper Third-Party Liability Insurance is absolutely essential.
- • We strongly recommend the Skipper & Crew Package, which includes the most important insurances.
- • Last but not least a Travel Cancellation Expenses Insurance for Chartered Yachts or an Extended Skipper Third-Party Liability Insurance might not be uninteresting for one or another.
